Midwest Heart Foundation is dedicated to improving the cardiovascular health of the community as well as increasing awareness and knowledge on cardiovascular topics.

One of the Foundation’s primary goals is to increase awareness of sudden cardiac arrest through screenings, education and community leadership


Young Hearts for Life™
Young Hearts for Life™ s a free EKG (electrocardiogram) screening program created to identify high school students at risk for sudden cardiac death. The screening involves a simple 3 minute EKG administered at area high schools during the regular academic year.
