One of the Foundation’s primary goals is to increase awareness of sudden cardiac
arrest through screenings, education and community leadership
Young Hearts for Life™
Young Hearts for Life™ s a free EKG (electrocardiogram) screening program
created to identify high school students at risk for sudden cardiac death. The
screening involves a simple 3 minute EKG administered at area high schools
during the regular academic year. Young Hearts for Life™ is the largest

The Foundation sponsors an annual 5K Run/Walk for people of all ages and fitness

lifestyle skills that encourage health behavior changes for a lifetime thereby
